How can I place calls if my computer is set behind the firewall? |

If a firewall is installed in the WAN, you need to reconfigure as follows before using eTalk.

SOCKS 5 firewall: |
|
- Open "Internet Options" in Internet browser.
- Enter the Host Name and Port of the SOCKS 5. If authentication is needed, enter the user name and password.

Network Address Translation (NAT) firewall: |
|
- No special setting or configuration required.
|
- |
If you place the call while you are within the LAN, please ask your IT department for assistance. |
